My 88-year-old mother who walks slowly and cannot climb up or down steps, my daughter and I just completed a two-and-a-half-week trip in England with the help of this company.
Our driver, Suzy, and her comfortable van made our trip so much more relaxed, pleasant and easy for my mother than using trains or trying to drive ourselves on the "wrong" side of the road. Suzy was prompt, helpful, exceptionally pleasant, an excellent driver and very willing to make stops or change the plans to suit my mother's wishes and needs.
Suzy drove us from Bath to Bournemouth with a stop at Wells Cathedral, from Bournemouth to Oxford with a long stop at Blenheim, from Oxford to York and from York to London, so we spent a lot of time together. The ease of travel with this company for my disabled mother more than compensated for the additional but not excessive cost. I recommend their service without reservations!
