The cottage sleeps up to 4 guests in two double bedrooms, making it particularly suitable for couples or small families. Its spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area provides a welcoming space to relax, while the log burner makes it cosy on cooler evenings.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private patio, perfect for BBQs and al fresco dining. A chilled bottle of wine and a hamper of local produce are also provided on arrival. Newgale Sands is just 4 miles away, with plenty of other beaches and attractions nearby.

General Accessibility

The car park has a hard surface with a level access pathway into the property. The cottage has a ground floor bedroom which has been made accessible, there are also accessible bathrooms on both floors of the property. If guests require carers or assistants in the bedrooms, arrangements can be made. Whether guests bring their own carers or wish for a care agency to be arranged for the stay this can be organised for your stay.

The cottage sleeps up to 4 guests in two double bedrooms:

• Ground-floor double bedroom: Bed height 500mm, with approximately 500–600mm clearance either side. This bedroom has an en-suite wet room with step-free shower access.

• First-floor double bedroom: Double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

The ground-floor wet room has a shower seat available on request, a grab rail in the shower and a drop-down rail beside the toilet.

The cottage has ramp access to the front entrance, which is 930mm wide, and level access from the rear. The ground floor has level access, with doorways and passageways measuring 800mm wide.

The ground-floor wet-room doorway is 790mm wide, with a step-free shower. A shower seat is available on request, alongside a shower grab rail and drop-down toilet rail. The toilet is 430mm high, and the wash basin is 830mm high with 200mm clear space beneath.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private patio with table and chairs, BBQ, lighting and power socket. The grounds also include extensive lawns, a children's playground, wildlife pond, fields and woodland.

The open-plan living area includes a comfortable lounge with a log burner, digital TV and DVD player, and a Hi-Fi system with iPod dock.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. The kitchen worktop, hob and sink are 900mm above floor level, with a dining area nearby.

Set in the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside, the cottage is just 4 miles from Newgale Sands, with Druidston Haven and Broad Haven also nearby.
