Situated in a great location, the cottage is only 4 miles away from the Blue Flag beach of Newgale Sands.

About the cottage

What was once the old grain store to the farm, this Eco barn boasts a stylish double height ceiling over the living/dining/kitchen area. The property sleeps 6 people in the 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom on each floor.

This property has a large patio area perfect for al fresco dining and BBQ's. Inside the property there is a log burner which creates a warm cosy atmosphere on those cold nights. The traditional oak beams add to the character of the building.

• There is ramp access to the front door
• Level access through the rear of the property
• The entrance doors are 900mm wide
• All other doors and passage ways are between 800mm and 900mm wide
• The ground floor has level access
• The kitchen hob/ worktop and sink are 900mm above floor level
• The ground floor double bedroom, bed is 540mm high with 800mm internal clearance on the door side. However there is only 500mm space at the end of the bed and on the far side
• The ground floor twin bedroom, beds are 450mm with 700mm clearance between them
• The ground floor bathroom has step free access to the shower
• Access to the shower is only 460mm wide between the basin and the bath
• A shower seat can be provided upon request
• Grab rail in the shower
• Toilet is 430mm high
• Wash basin is 830mm high with 200mm clear space

General Accessibility

The car park has a hard surface with a level access pathway into the property. The cottage has a ground floor bedroom which has been made accessible, there are also accessible bathrooms on both floors of the property. If guests require carers or assistants in the bedrooms, arrangements can be made. Whether guests bring their own carers or wish for a care agency to be arranged for the stay this can be organised for your stay.
