Tour Summary
Wild, wind-swept landscapes, wilderness as far as the eye can see, and the best whisky in the world - discover a breathtakingly beautiful part of the UK with our disabled-friendly Scottish Highlands Experience.
With its spectacular scenery, towering mountains, placid lochs and remarkable wildlife, the Scottish Highlands is one of Europe’s most scenic and secluded stretches of countryside. Shrouded in myth and steeped in history, this is the home of Scotland’s historic clans and the setting for some of the country’s most beloved stories and legends - making it a fascinating place to discover and explore.
On your accessible Highlands holiday, we’ll stay on the outskirts of Inverness, ensuring we’re able to reach some of the region’s most popular attractions and spectacular locations. Together, we’ll tour the site of the bloody Battle of Culloden and learn about the lasting impact it had on the Highland clans, sample flavoursome single malt whiskeys, and cruise the lakes of Loch Ness in search of the fabled monster.
We’ll also travel to the Cairngorms to pay the Queen a visit at her royal residence, Balmoral Castle, and soak up the grandeur of its mountainous surroundings. Whether it’s your first trip to Scotland or simply the latest, we’ll introduce you to the culture, landscapes and people that make the Highlands such a wonderful holiday destination.
Your disabled-friendly Scotland hotel has been hand-picked by the Limitless Team for its superb location and excellent disabled facilities. A Limitless Travel representative will accompany the tour group throughout the holiday, providing assistance whenever required and ensuring you receive the support you need.
