Description
This Forestry Centre is located in the heart of the National Forest in South Derbyshire. The centre offers an array of activities where there is something for everyone. The area is a mixture of meadow and woodland, surrounded by numerous ponds ad play areas perfect for visitors of all physical abilities and all ages. Guests can make the most of the activity programme, join a guided walk and spot the wildlife in their natural habitiats surrounding the centre.
The Lodge
This accessible lodge sleeps between 8-10 guests across the 3 bedrooms alongside the additional use of the sofa bed in the living area. The lodge is equipped with all the modern amenities you will need for a self catering stay. Amenities include; a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer, microwave, a digital television. The lodge also consists of a garden area with a BBQ, perfect for those summer evenings. The lodge has been adapted for guests with disabilities, perfect for groups and families looking for a break with or without special requirements.

The wildlife is abundant and lake fishing ½ mile away, way marked walks, cycle hire, falconry displays and a restaurant are just some of the Centre’s attractions, whilst a myriad places of interest lie within easy reach. Alton Towers 20 miles. Village shops and pubs are a ½ mile walk (accessible path).
