This cosy barn conversion is part of a delightful collection of B&Bs, self-catering cottages and tea rooms set in the picturesque Somerset countryside.

The barn is ideally situated for exploring the South West, occupying a pleasant position on the Somerset Levels by the River Sheppey, with views across to the Mendip Hills.

Guests can enjoy a wide range of facilities at the site, including tea rooms serving delicious Somerset Cream Teas; a guest lounge; and a games room with a snooker table, table tennis, darts and more. The property can be booked on either a B&B or self-catering basis.

B&B

The bedrooms at the barn can be let on a B&B basis. Whereas with a self-catering let you would have use of the whole barn, with B&B bookings you are booking just the bedroom (no access to the kitchen or dining facilities), and your breakfast is included and served in the garden dining room.

The barn conversion is designed to be a cosy self-contained cottage for self-catering lets. Complementary homemade cake, beverage tray, bottle of local apple juice, orange juice and milk are provided upon arrival to start you off.
