Accessibility Policy
Anyone travelling with wheelchairs are required to bring their own with them and must travel with a companion. There are a limited number of wheelchairs on board the ships that are for use in emergency situations.

On all Costas ships, with the exception of Costa Marina, they have guaranteed the following services:

• Comfortable cabins with disabled access
• Privileged boarding and disembarkation
• edicated emergency lift
• Customer Service for on-board information

Please note that the following stops disembark passengers by tender (small boats) and it may not be possible for wheelchair users to go ashore. It is therefore recommended that guests check the routes before they choose their cruise:

Hearing impaired. It is recommended that any guests with hearing difficulties be accompanied by a carer. Costa staff will assist with any guest problems or emergencies. Our ships cabins are equipped with visual alarms.

Visually impaired Although it is recommended that the visually impaired bring a carer with them, all of our ships will facilitate the use of guide dogs. In this case it is necessary that the owner personally handle the dog, while also bringing on board all of the required food and hygiene supplies. Guests must also submit a certification of the dog’s vaccination. Lift, cabin number and deck plan information in Braille is present on board Costa Atlantica, Costa Mediterranea, Costa Fortuna, Costa Magica, ​Costa Serena, Costa Luminosa and Costa Pacifica.
