The beach hotel is located directly beside the beautiful sandy beach on the Bahía Banderas, just 5 minutes from the picturesque village of Bucerías. The centre of Punta de Mita is around 2 km away and it is approximately 15 km to the tourist centre of Nuevo Vallarta whilst Puerto Vallarta is 25 km away. The airport may be reached by car in 10 minutes.

Each features an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, either 2 double beds or 1 king-sized bed, a safe, a balcony, ironing equipment, a dining room, a smoke detection system, a sprinkler system and a ceiling fan.
