This charming single storey annexe is located in a peaceful rural location only 2 miles from Welcombe Mouth and the rugged coastline of North Devon. The property is adjoining the farmhouse which is situated on the edge of a working farm. Feel free to roam the farmland and watch the farm activities.
This comfortable accommodation is all on one level and offers ONE bedroom: roomy double with additional single bed. Shower room: adjoining bedroom with level entry shower, handrails, WC and wall heater. Shower stool available. Lounge/diner: dual aspect with double sofa bed (available on request), one chair, TV, video, DVD, Freeview, a selection of books and games and a dining table. Kitchen: well-equipped, with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: large garden with far reaching views, garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: parking in front of the property. Bed linen, Wi-Fi, electric and heating included. 1 small dog by arrangement. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 2 miles, village shop 1 mile, thatched pub within walking distance.
