Description
A family house, with a ground floor room custom fitted for a disabled guest. The ceiling track hoist is fixed and runs from the bed in ground floor room into a wet room with bath.
The house sleeps up to 9 guests with the ground floor custom fitted for a severely disabled guest, including wet room with a bath and ceiling track hoist from bed to bath. There are three more bedrooms upstairs, two with a king size bed, and the other a bunk bed (the bottom of which is a double) and single bed perfect for children.
There is a comfortable lounge adjoining the ground floor bedroom, with a smart TV in both. The ground floor bedroom's TV is controlled by an ipad near the bed, and music can be piped into both the bedroom and wet room via a stereo system in the ceiling controlled by bluetooth.
There are two bathrooms on the ground floor, with the second having a walk-in shower, and an upstairs bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and fridge, and the property also has laundry facilities. Parking is free on the properties' drive.
Please note:
The ceiling track hoist goes from the accessible bedroom into the wetroom. The wetroom consists of a bath and a shower trolley. The bath has a portable shower head which can be used for the shower trolley.
Security deposit - A £200 security deposit is required. This will be returned to you after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning required.
