Description
This semi-detached cottage comes fully equipped with a woodburner in the living room, and a private hot tub. Surrounded by the undulating Suffolk hills, this is a truly special property. The open-plan living area boasts a warm and snug environment which makes for a great social space. The master bedroom comes with an en-suite toilet, and the twin room has an additional pull-out bed, so there’s room for the whole family. With the property all on one level, it’s ideal for wheelchair access too. As well as enjoying your own privacy, with a private entrance, garden and patio area, guests can also take full advantage of the farm’s features, like visiting the goats, sheep, horses and cattle. Beach 16 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 1 double (5ft) with en-suite toilet, 1 twin with additional pull-out single. Wet room with toilet.

The property is situated on a working farm therefore children must be supervised at all times. First basket of fuel for the woodburner is free of charge, remainder £5 per basket.
Area information
The cottage is ideally situated to take advantage of some of the most stunning parts of Suffolk. The traditional market town of Framlingham is only 5 miles away, known for its Norman castle and wealth of historic buildings. Within an easy drive is Suffolk’s heritage coast with it’s beaches, ancient towns, villages and country houses. Aldeburgh, Walberswick, Southwold and Orford to mention a few, are well worth a visit. All offer something different from the finest fish and chips to an award winning smoke house, quaint beach huts and even works of art on the beach. For music lovers there is a world class concert hall at Snape Maltings, plus a unique shopping experience and the opportunity to take a river trip along the picturesque River Alde. For the outdoor enthusiasts there are miles of quiet country roads to cycle along, horse riding, golf and numerous footpaths to explore. The RSPB reserve at Minsmere is a must for bird lovers, as is Dunwich Heath with it’s wealth of wildlife. Rendlesham and Tunstall forests offer great walking and cycling opportunities or just a chance to relax with a picnic.
