Lovely coastal walks nearby, with sweeping beaches, bird-watching at Titchwell, Redwell Marsh and Scolt Head Nature Reserves. Traditional pubs and restaurants in village welcome children and serve excellent Norfolk food and real ales. Hunstanton 3 miles for family entertainment; nearby Brancaster Staithe for dinghy sailing, sailboard hire (tuition available), boat trips including seal-watching. Two golf courses locally. Fresh fish in Brancaster. Village deli/bistro/shop with children’s play area and enclosed toddler’s play pen, 2 minutes’ walk off road. Tennis court for hire (bring own equipment).

Hunstanton is a popular coastal resort 16 miles from King’s Lynn and approx 12 miles from Sandringham on the A149 in Norfolk, England. Hunstanton was built on The Wash as a Norfolk seaside resort during Victorian times. The town is West facing and most evenings visitors will enjoy exceptionally stunning sunsets over The Wash.
