Boasting a superb location within the stunning Dorset countryside with easy access to the breath-taking Jurassic Coast, as well as a disabled-friendly interior with easy access, spacious wet rooms with support rails, as well as additional disabled facilities available on request.  This property is a fantastic dwelling for a family of four or couples who are looking to embark on a scenic, rural getaway.

Be welcomed into the contemporary open-plan living space, with toasty eco-friendly underfloor heating and tiled flooring, where you can look forward to cooking up a storm in well-equipped kitchen, featuring a handy dishwasher and washing machine, before savouring your meal over a bottle of wine at the dining table for four.

If the weather is nice, why not dine alfresco out on the private patio, where you can soak up views of the rural countryside and your canine companion can stretch their legs?

Afterwards, retire to the plush seating in the sitting room, with French doors allowing the natural light to flow in, and select a family favourite from the TV, as the electric fire crackles nearby.

When sleep calls, retire to one of two well-presented bedrooms, a super-king-size with zip/link and a king-size, both served by generous en-suite wet rooms one of which has adjustable support rails.

Awake from a leisurely slumber and take advantage of your unique setting with ponies & pet sheep you are welcome to meet, what could be better?
