The property sleeps four guests, with an additional sofa bed accommodating up to two more. A particularly useful feature is the ceiling track hoist, which runs from the master bedroom directly into the en-suite wet room.

The lounge includes a corner sofa that converts into a sofa bed, an electric rise-and-recline chair and a Smart TV mounted on an extendable bracket. Sliding doors lead directly onto a wheelchair-accessible decking area with an adapted picnic table.

There are two bedrooms:

• Master bedroom: Features an electric profiling single bed, a fold-away carers' bed and direct access to the accessible en-suite wet room via the ceiling track hoist.
• Second bedroom: Features two electrically adjustable twin beds.
