Situated around a 10-minute drive from the centre of Scarbrough this modern building features a ground floor accessible holiday let.
The apartment features three bedrooms, a high walled private patio area, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with integrated appliances.
As you drive towards the apartment on the front is a visitors drop off parking area with two spaces, this can be used by all residential and holiday guests for drop off/pick up purposes only.
Free parking (one space per apartment) is at the rear of the building. There is a slight incline when coming back from the car park to the front of the building where the main communal entrance/ exit is.
The apartment features a modern comfortable lounge including a rise and recline chair, x2 two seater sofas and a wall mounted TV. The kitchen features an accessible sink, hob, oven & microwave. The apartment also features a washing machine.
Bedroom 1 consists of a single electric profiling bed with a ceiling track hoist which goes over the bed, through into the wet room bathroom and can go over the toilet. The apartment has x2 fold away beds so that these can be moved by guests depending on what sleeping arrangements are most suited. The foldaway beds are ‘Jay-Be crown Premier folding bed with the luxury deeper mattress’.
The ensuite wet room features a shower trolley and removable shower head.
Bedroom 2 has a set two single beds.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed and ensuite bathroom featuring a walk in shower.
The apartment is served by a regular bus service into Scarborough Town Centre, Filey and Bridlington.
Scarborough Castle is 3.6 km while Scarborough Open Air Theatre is 4.1 km from the property. Humberside Airport is 93 km away.
