Luxurious detached lodge, sitting just 80 metres from the shores of Loch Etive, ideal for those seeking the tranquillity of a Lochside retreat with the added benefit of a relaxing private hot tub. South facing to enjoy the best of the sun every day from the private decking with barbeque, close to the shore side offering a waterside escape for guests who want to enjoy the stunning scenery and the peace of outdoors. A perfect retreat for water and wildlife enthusiasts, with the use of a private jetty and slipway ideal for trailable boats, paddleboards and kayaks, making an excellent holiday base for exploring Argyll.

Thoughtfully designed by the owner, Geoffrey, to offer luxury and comfort with flashes of brilliance! Stable doors lead to the rear of the lodges and the private Hot-tub. Fitted out to provide more than the comforts of home, there’s a spacious open plan living space complete with gas-fired wood-burning effect stove, LED mood lighting, a glitzy bar area for after dinner cocktails, large Smart TV and to top it all, glazed doors which open up the whole front of the lodge onto a decked area with outside furniture and barbecue.

Accessible Accommodation with a wet bathroom, shower, and toilet designed to provide greater comfort and independence for individuals with mobility challenges or disabilities. In this space, the bathroom is fully integrated, with a waterproof floor that eliminates barriers such as raised thresholds or bathtubs. The shower area is typically spacious, with a zero-entry entry point, making it easy for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility to access.

Grab bars are strategically placed near the toilet and within the shower for safety and support, while adjustable shower heads and handheld options allow for a customisable and comfortable experience. This design ensures that the space is functional, easy to navigate, and safe for all users, offering a more inclusive environment in our lodge. You can park directly outside Palms 3 for easy access to the lodge.

Lawned garden. BBQ. Hot tub for 4 (private). Private parking for 2 cars at the rear of Palms 3, easily accessible for a wheelchair. Use of waterfront for recreation.
