Ground-Floor Coastal Cottage with Optional En-Suite Wet Room near Sandy Haven, Pembrokeshire in Sandy Haven

Located close to the village of St Ishmael's, this characterful barn conversion provides a lovely base for families and groups looking to explore the Pembrokeshire coastline. Set on a working farm, the cottage is just 200 yards from the sea, with a little cove leading to a wider sandy beach and rock pools.

The all-ground-floor accommodation has a spacious, open-plan living area with high ceilings, exposed wooden beams and floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a bright and welcoming space. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals, with a dining area and comfortable seating where guests can relax together.

The cottage sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms: one double with an en-suite wet-room-style bathroom, a further double and a twin room. Please note that the beds have wooden frames around them, which may affect accessibility for some guests.

Outside, there is a front patio with seating, as well as designated parking and additional parking nearby. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, although the garden is not enclosed and dogs must be kept on a lead due to the surrounding working farmland.

The cottage sleeps up to 6 guests in three ground-floor bedrooms:

• Master double bedroom: Double bed with an en-suite wet-room-style bathroom containing a shower, basin and WC.

• Second double bedroom: Double bed.

• Twin bedroom: Two single beds.

There is also a separate family bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Please note: All beds have wooden frames around them, which may restrict access for some guests. Some ceilings within the property are sloping.

• The property is entirely on the ground floor, making it potentially convenient for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. The master bedroom has an en-suite wet-room-style bathroom.

  Outside, there is a front patio with seating, designated off-road parking for one car and additional parking nearby. Bicycle storage is available.

  The property is located on a working farm, with an unenclosed garden. Dogs must therefore be kept on a lead, and some ceilings are sloping.

The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining and lounge areas, with high ceilings, exposed wooden beams and large windows bringing in plenty of natural light.

The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge has a TV with Freeview, DVD player and Wi-Fi.

Bed linen and towels are provided. A cot and highchair are also available on request.

The cottage is ideally placed for exploring the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, with the sea just 200 yards away and St Ishmael's village approximately 1.5 miles away. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path can be accessed nearby, offering beautiful coastal scenery and access to secluded bays and beaches, including Lindsway Bay and Marloes Sands.

Milford Haven is a short drive away, with its marina, museum, theatre and bowling alley. Further afield, visitors can explore Haverfordwest, Tenby, Saundersfoot, Fishguard and St David's.
