Accessibility

This 16-storey hotel offers 226 rooms and is mostly accessible via step-free entry and ramps of varying gradients. Six lifts serve the building, each with an 83 cm door width and internal dimensions of 108 cm by 143 cm. Coach drop-off takes place at a nearby property, followed by a short uphill walk to the main entrance.

Eight rooms are adapted for disabled guests, each offering step-free access and door widths of 81 cm. Beds consist of two single mattresses placed together, with a height of 59 cm and a 25 cm clearance underneath. Room furniture is fixed in place and cannot be rearranged. Balcony doors measure 90 cm wide.

Ensuite bathrooms feature sliding doors with a 79 cm opening. While they do not allow wheelchair turning space (150 cm x 150 cm), they provide a lateral transfer area of at least 145 cm on the left of the toilet. Removable grab rails can be fitted on either side upon request. Additional fixed rails include a horizontal rail on the non-transfer side, plus horizontal and vertical rails in the shower. Please note there is no dropdown rail.

Adapted toilet facilities are available in the reception area, next to the children’s pool and within the spa. Guests may use personal mobility scooters, which can be stored and charged either in rooms or in a covered garage located to the right of reception. The indoor pool also includes a hydraulic hoist with chair for assisted access.
