Accessible Woodland Lodge with hot tub hoist in Kingsbridge

This luxury accessible lodge is set within eight acres of historic gardens and woodland, offering a peaceful countryside retreat within easy reach of Devon's beautiful coastline, beaches, Dartmoor and the South West Coast Path.

Guests can enjoy shared outdoor facilities, including a children's play area with a trampoline, table tennis, football pitch, slide and swings, as well as woodland walks and ponds.

Fully insulated for year-round stays, the lodge sleeps 4–5 guests across two bedrooms, with the option of an additional bed or lounge sofa bed. Up to two dogs are also welcome for an additional charge.

The lodge has two spacious bedrooms, both thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests with additional mobility requirements.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom features an electric adjustable split king-size bed, with wheelchair access and space available on either side to assist with transfers and manoeuvrability. The owners can reposition the bed closer to one wall if additional space is required.

Twin Bedroom

The second bedroom features two fully adjustable BellaSonno profiling beds, which can be used separately as twin beds or positioned together to create a super king-size bed.

The room offers plenty of space for wheelchair manoeuvrability, and the furniture can be rearranged to suit individual accessibility requirements. A portable electric hoist can also be used within this bedroom.

The hot tub can be accessed using the specialist hoist. Guests wishing to use this facility must bring their own sling.
