Location
Located on the west side of Shetland, Burra Isle offers a wonderful balance of peace and accessibility. It’s just a short drive to the capital, Lerwick, and within easy reach of many of the archipelago’s most stunning locations.
The property is surrounded by spectacular coastal walks. Just a short stroll away lies the famous Meal Beach, with its soft white sand and turquoise waters. Despite being a scenic spot featured in the Shetland TV series and a favourite with wild swimmers; you’ll often find it quiet – even completely empty.
