Accessibility

The resort is designed to be accessible for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair ramps are available throughout the hotel, and step-free level access leads directly into adapted rooms. The lifts have a door width of 80 cm and internal dimensions of 108 cm by 157 cm, providing easy access to all floors.

There are four rooms specifically adapted for disabled guests, all similar in layout to the surveyed room. Each room features a manual door that opens inwards, has a high colour contrast, and measures 90 cm in width. The rooms are equipped with double beds, with the mattress top at 60 cm from the floor and 30 cm of clearance underneath. While furniture is fixed and does not allow for a full 150 cm x 150 cm turning space beside the bed, emergency alarms are installed, and low-pile carpet ensures smooth movement within the room.

The ensuite facilities are fully accessible. The door opens away from the user and measures 83 cm wide, with a 150 cm x 150 cm turning space inside. Hard flooring throughout the ensuite supports wheelchair mobility. Facilities include a toilet, wash basin, and a wheel-in shower, with a lateral transfer space of at least 80 cm on the left side of the toilet. Fixtures such as a toilet roll holder and soap dispenser are positioned for convenience, and dropdown rails are provided on both sides of the toilet seat. The shower area also allows a 150 cm x 150 cm turning space for wheelchair users.
