Once you make a booking you will receive a voucher, upon which we recommend that you contact the supplier immediately to advise them of your mobility requirements and ask them to confirm in writing that your booking is suitable for your needs. Alternatively, you can advise the GetYourGuide team of your disabled access requirements who will check on your behalf - please ensure you provide as much information as possible. Each supplier will have different disabled facilities and wheelchair access so it is important to confirm the access, as soon as possible.
Here are some questions to consider asking once you have made a booking:
- Are there any parts of the trip/tour that a wheelchair user will not be able to access?
- Do you have disabled toilets?
- Will there be ramped or level access?
- Do you have an accessibility statement you can send me?
- Do you have disabled parking or know of the closest place that does?
- Do you have communication aids
- (When booking a theatre show or similar) Please can you allocate my booking to the disabled seats?
