Room specifications
With a magnificent entrance, vaulted cathedral ceilings and double-height windows overlooking the river, this lodge is stunningly furnished in multicultural fashion.
Ground Floor:
The living/dining room features a 42" Freeview TV, Sky, DVD player, CD player, iPod dock, and an open fire. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, American fridge freezer, and two dishwashers. A study with a 42" Freeview TV is also available. There is a separate toilet on this floor.
First Floor:
The utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedroom 1 offers two single (3ft) beds, a Freeview TV, and an en suite with a cubicle shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2 features a zip-and-link super kingsize (6ft) bed, a Freeview TV, and patio doors leading to a balcony. The en suite includes a bath with a shower over and a toilet.

Oil central heating, gas, and fuel for the open fire are included. Meals can be delivered or cooked in the lodge upon request (at an additional cost). The property features a large, lawned garden with a decked area, garden furniture, and a barbecue, along with balconies that offer outdoor furniture. There is also a bike store and ample parking available, as well as wheelchair access. Please note that a £500 security deposit is required.
Electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are included, and a travel cot and highchair are available upon request. A welcome pack is provided. The lodge is set within 30 acres of landscaped and wooded grounds, which are shared with garden furniture for relaxation. Smoking is not permitted. The property holds a Visit Scotland 5-star rating. Please note: There is an unfenced river located 100 yards from the grounds.
