This charming, detached, single-storey beach house is perfectly situated with direct access to 2 miles of sandy beaches and rock pools, and is located right next to the 13th green of the local golf course, making it an ideal holiday spot. The breathtaking, uninterrupted views stretch across the sea and shoreline, with the Lakeland Fells to the south and Criffel and the Galloway Hills to the east. This seaside home offers comfortable, well-equipped beach house-style accommodation, with level access from the living room, en-suite bedroom, adjacent bedroom, and conservatory to the oceanside patio. The light and airy open-plan living space features three large picture windows along three walls, capturing the spectacular panoramic views, making it a perfect retreat all year round. The spacious shower room includes a walk-in shower and is wheelchair accessible.

The property is all on the ground floor, with one step to the entrance. The open-plan living space includes a comfortable living area with a Smart TV, Sky, DVD player, and a multi-fuel burner, along with patio doors leading to the patio. The dining area adjoins the kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic hob, electric range, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. A utility room offers a washing machine and tumble dryer for convenience. The first bedroom features a kingsize (5ft) bed and patio doors to the patio, with an en-suite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and toilet. The second bedroom also has a kingsize (5ft) bed, while the third bedroom boasts a super kingsize (6ft) bed. The fourth bedroom offers a zip-and-link double (4ft 6in) bed and pull-down bunk beds (2ft 6in). The main bathroom has a bath with a shower over and a toilet, and a separate shower room includes a walk-in shower and toilet.
