Description
Couples and families will be well catered for at this lovely cottage with many attractions and your own hot tub to return to.
This detached, bespoke two-bedroom cottage sits in the heart of the quiet sleepy little Waveney Valley village of Geldeston, near Beccles, and boasts modern one-level living accommodation, bringing the outside in.
The property has luxurious touches throughout and you will not fail to be impressed by the attention to detail. The cottage has been designed with extra-wide doors so wheelchair access is available in all aspects of the property.
The master bedroom is complete with a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes, mood lighting and en-suite wet room. The second bedroom is complete with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and wet room complete with bath. All rooms are complete with underfloor heating, Smart TVs and WiFi. Electric curtains and skylights also complement each room for that modern touch.
The large open-plan living area benefits from a stunning bespoke handmade solid oak kitchen, which has all of the utilities available to any budding chef. The natural brick flooring, together with green oak exposed beams, gives this property a charming character, and again mood lighting can be set in this superb area.
Electric curtains are fitted in both the main living area and master bedroom to give the feeling of style and luxury in this unique property. Both of these rooms have the added advantage of full-length sliding doors that can be opened to reveal the garden, which is illuminated in the evening and is also very pretty for those light, warm evenings in the summer.
A wood burner is provided, which is a perfect edition to make your stay a special one. A private hot tub is at the rear of garden and the property also has lockable gates. There is an original old wishing well situated at the front of the property, which can be illuminated at night to make your wishes come true.
