A delightful spacious detached property situated on a wonderful waterside position with stunning views of the water and it's own private mooring, this is the ideal holiday accommodation for any time of the year. The lawned garden leads onto the rivers edge and mooring where an 8-seater private motor launch awaits. This available free of charge on request with the owner. This allows guests to explore the waterways and villages.

Or for those who prefer something more private, then the enclosed decked area is ideal for relaxation whilst still watching the boating activity. Fancy a spot of fishing? With your own water front this means fishing is on your doorstep (licensed and seasonal).

Accommodation details

A ramp leads up to the rear entrance of the property. The ground floor consists of an open-plan living/dining area which has bi-folding doors out onto the decked area. Also on the ground floor is the kitchen which features a gas/elec range and a breakfast area. Two bedrooms: One 5ft double, one twin, each with en-suite wet room and toilet. Bathroom with wet area and toilet.

Located on the first floor there are two bedrooms, One 5ft double, one twin, one with balcony, lake views and en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet, one with en-suite shower room and toilet.

Location

Situated just a few mintues from the heart of Wroxham, also known as the 'Capital of the Broads' with its waterside cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops.

Other activities available locally include; sailing, walking, nature trails, nike hire and golf.

The beautiful coasts and its sandy beaches are only 12 miles from the property. where visitors can also explore the attractive coastal villages.

A day out for the children can be spent at BeWILDerwood in Horning or Wroxham barns are just a shprt drive away.

Norwich City is 8 miles away, where a full day can be enjoyed here, visiting sites such as; the cathedral, museums, theatres, shops and cafes.
