Two accessible coastal apartments in Andalucia

Fantastic coastal apartments right on the beach & promenade at Torrox Costa.

Both apartments are on the ground floor, and all one level without any steps or barriers. They have wide doors, free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and heating.

Apartment A – 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5
Double bed in each bedroom. Double sofa bed in lounge and single day bed in the conservatory.

Apartment B – 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5
Main bedroom with 2 single beds (including a profiling bed), smaller bedroom with double bed. Double sofa bed in lounge and day bed in the conservatory.

Facilities - Fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher. Open plan to living room with TV & DVD. Conservatory with comfortable day bed seating and sea views. The wet-room style bathrooms are fully accessible with a roll-in shower, wheeled showerchair and plenty of grab rails. There is a washing machine.

Mobility aids can be hired (hoist, profiling bed, mobility scooters and powerchairs, etc). The apartments are on an exclusive complex, which has beautiful tropical gardens, shops, hairdresser, bars, restaurant, swimming pools (the outside olympic sized pool has a hoist & one of the pools is covered and heated for winter, also with hoist) and tennis courts. The local lifeguards have a sea-going wheelchair available in summer. We can arrange accessible airport transfers.*

THE AREA
The complex is situated within Torrox Costa, a coastal town, Eastern Malaga Province. The whole town is very wheelchair friendly, with a long wide flat prom running the length of the resort. There are lots of different bars, restaurants and shops within easy reach and there is a popular weekly street market. Nerja is a 10-minute drive away and Malaga City and Airport are a 45-minute drive away.

Interior
There are 2 double bedded rooms, a beautifully finished, fully equipped kitchen complete with microwave & dishwasher open plan to dining area and living room, which has a double sofa bed, Flat screen TV with UK channels, DVD & Stereo. The pleasant conservatory has a comfortable day-bed which can sleep an extra person. The spacious, designer Bathroom has a roll-in shower, wheeled showerchair & plenty of grab rails. There is a washer / dryer. A mobile hoist is available and other mobility aids can be hired (profiling bed, mobility scooters & powerchairs etc).
