Newly built in 2016, these four-bedroom semi-detached identical twin villas are complete with private gardens and swimming pools.

Both are located within a quiet part of Dalyan, surrounded by other private villas rather than crowded accommodation. The properties are approximately 800 metres’ walk from the town centre and approximately 400 metres from a large supermarket.

The villas can be rented together or separately and are both fully wheelchair accessible including the garden and terrace, with a spacious air-conditioned, open-plan kitchen and living room with dining area on the ground floor.

The living room is fully furnished with high-quality comfortable seating furniture, 42” satellite TV with surround sound system & DVD player and free Wi-Fi. There is an en-suite double bedroom downstairs and the living room opens out onto the terrace and the swimming pool.

A hoist is available free of charge for use in the villa.

The open-style fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all modcons including a conventional cooker, oven and microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils such as cutlery and cooking ware etc.

Both villas have utility rooms on the ground floor with washing machines, irons and ironing boards. Three of four bedrooms are wheelchair accessible. The ground floor has one accessible twin room with a separate bathroom, which is also wheelchair friendly.

The mid-floor consists of two large bedrooms and both are en-suite. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have balconies and the staircase has a small aluminium gate to isolate the stairs for the safety of little children. The top floor is a very big en-suite double bedroom with balcony and air-conditioning. All bedrooms are spacious with ample storage and wardrobe space.

Both villas are equipped with an alarm system and a safe is provided. The villas are cleaned twice a week and bed linen and towels are replaced during the cleaning. Two sets of towels are provided per person for shower and swimming pool use. Every room and the living rooms have one UK type power socket for your convenience.

Outside

The private swimming pools are situated directly in front of the private terrace, separated with an aluminium handrail for safety, the same as the children's pools which are separated from the main pools. Beside the swimming pools you will find the barbecue area with a stationary barbecue, gazebo and hammocks. The pools, which are cleaned every day, are surrounded by green grass and sun loungers. The most recent high tech pool filtering systems, which do not require chemicals, have been used for you and your children's health. The gardens are taken care of every other day and there is also an outdoor Jacuzzi.

Both villas are also complete with swimming pool hoist for wheelchair access and an in-house lift for accessing upper floors.
