Location and things to do nearby
Near the entrance of the park, guests will find a small ship which sells a small range of fresh products.
The local town of Tavistock can be found 3 miles from the park, here you will have access to the local amenities including Morrisons, Co-op, Spar, and Somerfield. In addition to this, there are other shops such as Boots, Superdrug, Dorothy Perkins and more.
With the pannier market, historic churches and riverside walks it is a great place to visit. There are also many churches, doctors, and a local Casualty department should it be required.
There is a bus stop at the end of the drive which will take you into Tavistock. From here you can travel easily to Plymouth for all major routes and local train station.
