Description

Set in an elevated position with stunning sea views, Munro’s offers the perfect setting for family and friends to unwind, enjoy each other’s company, and discover the charm of this beautiful island. Located next to the owner’s apartment in a peaceful area near the port of Rothesay, the house is comfortably furnished, retaining many original features. It also includes a cosy cinema room and a spacious kitchen fully equipped for preparing delicious meals.

Room specifications

This spacious property features a range of accommodations and amenities across two floors. On the ground floor, the living room offers a woodburner (no TV), while the kitchen/dining room is equipped with a woodburner, breakfast bar, range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a conservatory, and a cinema room with a projector screen and DVD player. Bedroom 1 includes a zip-and-link single (3ft) bed, a double sofa bed, and an ensuite wet room with a shower, toilet, shower seat, and grab rail. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature two single (3ft) beds and bunk beds (3ft), respectively. The ground floor also has a bathroom with a bath and shower over, as well as a separate toilet. On the first floor, you'll find five more bedrooms, all with ensuites: Bedroom 4 offers a kingsize (5ft) bed, and Bedrooms 5, 6, 7, and 8 each have double (4ft 6in) or zip-and-link (3ft) beds, all with cubicle showers and toilets. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and logs for the woodburners are included, and a highchair is available upon request. The property boasts a garden with a sitting-out area, garden furniture, and a bike store. Private parking for six cars is provided, and the property is smoke-free. Please note that the property is for couples, family bookings, and holidaymakers only, and there are sloping banks, steps, and an unfenced pond in the garden.

With beautiful sandy beaches, historical sites, and a range of activities, this destination is ideal for all ages. The beach is 3½ miles away, with a shop, pub, and restaurant just ¼ mile from the property.
