The area is well served for families wanting to enjoy the best of North Cotswolds visit one of the many National Trust properties including Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, Baddesley Clinton, Packwood House and Coughton Court or explore Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle and Compton Verney Art Gallery and Park. Enjoy countryside walks, stroll along the rivers and canals, go fishing, rowing, or cycling and explore Warwickshire’s Way. And for a family day out; visit Cadbury World (pre-book), Warwick Castle, Alcester Heritage Centre, All Things Wild or Hatton Country World.

The barns have been cleverly configured with great accessibility for wheelchair users. The barn offers wide doors, with a spacious single level ground floor that is perfect families getting together. A cosy lounge area with corner sofa with large wall mounted Smart TV, a dining area with generously sized table and chairs. A contemporary style functional kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. For wheelchair users a vertical lift providing access to a first-floor bedroom, this room offers a profiling bed with hoist and ceiling track, along with a further single bed, there is an access to a Jack and Jill wet room with shower, WC, and chair. A separate staircase offers access onto a spacious landing with a double room with garden views and access to the Jack and Jill shower room.

To enjoy the gardens guests can open the sliding patio doors and step out onto the single level patio, there is a table and chairs for summer dining and a wood fired hot tub that has a wooden pergola with hoist. There is off road parking for two cars.

Security deposit - A £125 security deposit is required. This will be returned to you after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning required.
