Railway Carriage One is a compact yet spacious carriage, featuring a living room and kitchen area, and comfortably sleeps four. It includes a double bedroom and a second sleeping area with two short bunk beds, ideal for children.

This delightful holiday property features a ground floor with a living/dining room offering Freeview TV, beams, wooden floors, and a vaulted ceiling. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and a tiled floor. There are two bedrooms on this level: Bedroom 1 has a double bed and wooden flooring, while Bedroom 2 has twin beds and wooden flooring. The bathroom includes a bath, shower cubicle, toilet, and a tiled floor.

On the first floor, Bedroom 3 is a galleried room with twin beds, beams, and a wooden floor. The property includes central heating and electric panel heaters, with a cot and highchair available upon request. A freezer is located in an outbuilding. The garden features a patio with garden furniture, and there is wheelchair access and private parking for one car.

All properties include electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy the natural 1-acre grounds, which include a shared children's play area, and an indoor glasshouse-heated swimming pool (¾ mile away, shared with the owner and other properties, open all year with private 1-hour use by arrangement). Please note that smoking is not permitted, and the swimming pool is unheated from November 1st to March 28th.
