A purpose-built villa for wheelchair users in a scenic location. The property is situated in the heart of Andalucia, just few minutes’ drive from the picturesque white village of Iznajar and its rightly renowned lake. Its location is secluded yet not remote combining peace and easy access to local bars, restaurants and shops.

Accommodation:

The villa is a modern built in a form of an old cortijo, reuniting tradition and inclusive design elements, so that it is accessible to everybody regardless of their age or ability.

It is a perfect holiday home all year around, cool in the summer, and it is equipped with biomass underfloor heating and cosy log burners for the winter. The rooms are bigger than usual, giving you and airy feeling even if you holiday with a big family.

Accessibility:

The villa has been purpose built including design elements that have been carefully chosen to make the property accessible for wheelchair users. The whole ground floor is level and accessible including the 4 bedrooms (16,45 m2) and en-suite bathrooms, lounge (80m2), kitchen, terrace (120m2), part of the 5 acre olive grow, BBQ and pool area with electronic pool hoist, and level parking. There is an extra charge for the use of the hoist and profile bed.

Bedrooms:

There is a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. 4 Accessible rooms with twin beds with memory foam toppers, flat screen monitor with DVD, hair-dryers. 2 bedrooms at upper floor, one with twin beds, other with a queen size and a single bed.

4 Accessible wet rooms with a large shower area and totally non slip floors, 2 bathrooms at upper floor, one with shower other with bathtub. Wheeled shower chair available.

Bath and pool towels are supplied.

Lounge:

Library area with selection of games, DVDs and books. Bar area with additional fridge. Entertainment facility with hundreds of movies, box TV sets and music. Dining area. In the winter months the whole house is centrally heated by underfloor heating and the comfy leather sofas by the log burner are a cosy place to relax. Access to Spanish courtyard and terraces. Additional living room upstairs with sofa, dining area.

The lounge has automatic electronic glass doors, which lead on to a huge terrace with stunning views, perfect for outdoor dining. Moroccan corner seat, a great place for reading! Additional terrace upstairs.

Kitchen:

Professional kitchen equipped with: Hob, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator and Freezer, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishes & Utensils, Party Items. Additional fully equipped American kitchen upstairs

The villa is just a few minutes drive from Iznajar village which sits above the largest lake in Andalucia. The lake has a beach, bars and restaurants.

The location is also perfect for day-trips to the most famous historic gems of Europe. Cordoba, Granada and Seville are each just an hour away. You can also discover the beaches of Costa del Sol or visit Malaga.

Nature lovers have countless tracking paths to explore in the area. Family members who are hungry for adventures, can go rafting, rock climbing, tree climbing, canyoning, cave climbing and much more.
