This unique barn is ideal for a couple looking for a getaway on the South Coast, with its own secluded private courtyard and two-person hot tub.
Not suitable for fulltime wheelchair users.
All on the ground floor.

Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Back garden with courtyard and garden furniture. Hot tub for 2 (private) available by prior arrangement at £25 per night. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.
This barn has been designed with attention to detail by the owners creating a fabulous space. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, a wet room, pull-down double bed with charging points fitted and a Smart TV. This barn has its own private entrance and parking space.
The courtyard is a perfect spot to soak up the summer weather as it really is a sun trap. Plus, if you have had a busy day exploring why not relax in the private hot tub. Inside there are two comfy armchairs and an electric fireplace- perfect for those chillier days.

Just a 10-minute walk to the beach on Hayling Island, which is renowned for its great sailing and nautical activity including kayaking, power boating, jet skiing, kitesurfing, and water. Hayling Island is a very popular holiday hot spot with fabulous choice of restaurants and pubs, tea rooms, bakery, and seaside shops.
For those who enjoy walking explore The Hayling Billy train line, which ran from 1867 until it finally closed in 1963 since then the route has been renovated and provides an enjoyable and safe location for walkers, cyclists, and wheelchair users. This route takes in some local countryside, as well as part of the old train route, to provide a circular walk with great views into Chichester and Langstone harbours.
Further afield Visit Portsmouth with waterside dining, ferry trips to the Isle of Wight, designer outlets, Natural History Museum, Spinnaker Tower, and the HMS Victor. The historic city of Chichester should not be missed you can watch a show at the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre, visit Goodwood Races including the Festival of Speed, explore the Cathedral and shops in the city centre and visit Chichester Harbour.
