A newly constructed detached villa in a quiet, cul-de-sac location less than a fifteen-minute stroll from the lovely sandy beach, local shops, cafés and restaurants of Binibeca.

Indoors, the décor is typically Mediterranean, with simple whitewashed walls, tiled floors and large French doors providing easy access to the sunny terrace where an outdoor dining area and built in barbecue awaits, with the large private swimming pool commanding centre stage.

The villa has extra-wide doors throughout, and all accommodation is on ground level. As the villa is situated at the back of Binibeca, we would advise a car for people with limited mobility due to the incline.

Mobility statement

To access the villa there is a path which is a car width wide along with 7 steps to the villa itself although there is also access via a ramp. The front door has a width of 70cm and other doors that access the pool area are also 70cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 80cm wide; the grounds are even but there is a slight incline and the pool has Roman steps to enter. There are 5 steps from the terrace to the pool. All the bedroom doors have a width of 70cm, and all the bathroom doors on the ground floor are 70cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 90cm wide, and the door into the lounge area is 90cm wide.
