Description
This hotel is spread over 3 floors, with a total 563 rooms of which, 464 are double rooms and 32 are suites. The main building comprises a lobby area with 24-hour reception, a small supermarket, a souvenir shop, a beauty salon, a boutique, a hairdressing salon, 4 bars and a beach snack bar. There is also a TV room and a half open palm leave roofed buffet restaurant as well as 3 further air-conditioned à la carte restaurant available for guests (Asian cooking, a steak house and an Italian restaurant).
Furthermore, there is a public Internet terminal that may be used on payment of an additional fee. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park or garage facilities. Room, laundry and medical services round up the facilities on offer. Guests are offered breakfast, lunch and evening meals in the form of a buffet. They may also book an all-inclusive stay.In the outdoor complex facing the sea, is a freshwater swimming pool with a children's pool as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use and a pool/ snack bar.
The hotel also features, there is a Jacuzzi, a sauna a steam bath, a Turkish bath and a massage service to be taken advantage of (additional fees apply). Sports enthusiasts may like to try out aerobics, water aerobics, water skiing, banana boating, windsurfing, diving lessons in the pool, kayaking, tennis (4 sand courts are offered, 2 are floodlit), pedalo rides, canoeing, catamaran, beach-volleyball, bocce, riding, archery, road/ mountain biking or make use of the in house gym (some activities include additional charges). A daily seasonal entertainment programme with events both during the day and evening is provided for some variety. Furthermore, the hotel offers and Explorer Club for children between 4 and 12 with animation activities and child care. The nearest golf course is about 22 km away and can comfortably be reached with the shuttle bus that runs from the hotel.

- Infinity Pool offers ramped access with hand rails. There is room for a wheelchair to get around all areas of the pool. The public bathroom facilities at the pool are wheelchair accessible.
- Restaurants are accessible to a wheelchair, please note the 'Jungle Restaurant' is not as it is located on the sand on the beach.
