This luxury accessible apartment is the perfect accommodation for a family or group of friends looking for a comfortable and cosy place for their coming holidays in San Sebastian.

The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a classic building situated in one of the most prominent areas in the city. It offers a spacious open-plan lounge/dining room, a modern independent kitchen, two double bedrooms and two fully fitted bathrooms (one of them accessible).

The open-plan lounge/dining room is especially bright thanks to the very large windows all around the room, some facing the pleasant walk along the river. In the sitting area there is a comfortable sofa-bed which can be transformed into two single beds, while in the dining area there is a beautiful table and chairs with capacity for up to 6 guests where you’ll be able to enjoy unforgettable evenings during your holidays.

The modern kitchen at the apartment is also very bright thanks to three impressive windows. It is a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality electric appliances, complete kitchenware and a table and chairs for the most informal meals.

The apartment offers two double accessible bedrooms. One has a queen size bed (150 cm) and a spacious fitted wardrobe, while the other, facing the pleasant garden, has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a large shower cubicle. The second bathroom in the apartment also has a large shower cubicle. The apartment offers Wi-Fi internet and the possibility to rent a parking space at a nearby car park.
