Greek Getaway in Thessaloniki

A perfect holiday for a relaxing getaway where you can enjoy the accessible beach and views from the terraces over the Aegean Sea. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of this beautiful location. The hotel is renown for it's superb accessibility for guests with disabilities. The hotel is situated in the Peria region, nested in a small and cozy area. The hotel provides a diversified excursion programme which allows guests to explore the local culture, nature, country and it's people.

Bedroom

All of the rooms and suites are close to the large sun terrace where guests can take in the stunning view over the Aegean sea and the picturesque landscape of Mount Olympus. There are 15 rooms (8 comfort rooms, 7 junior suites), 2 two bedroom suites and one family apartment (max 5prs.)

Each room has it's own individual theme and are all equipped with a accessible bathroom, satellite TV and a hairdryer. All rooms in the hotel have roll in showers.

At the hotel there are 15 different types of shower chairs including a bariatric shower and a commode shower chair. Not to forget the hospital beds which have been designed with wheels on so that they can be pushed on to the beach. 

Pool

Guests can cool off in the pool where there is a hoist to aid guests in and out. There are no charges for the electric bed or beach wheelchair. Water therapy is available - please request more information with our travel agents.

Accessible activities and excursions

The beach is just a 15 minute drive away, with accessible bathrooms with toilets and showers. There is also a lift/hoist into the sea. There are staff on the beach which can help guests with disabilities in and out of the sea (additional cost.)

For more adventurous guests, you can experience paragliding which has been specifically designed for guests with disabilities. This activity can only be booked once there due to the weather.

Transport

The hotel have their own private accessible vehicles, which can be used for transfers to and from the airport, transfers to the beach or for day excursions. With the use of suspensor belts the wheelchairs are fastened into the minibus. Guests are able to access the vans either via a lift and or a wheelchair ramp.

Terrace

Guests can relax and unwind on the beautiful terrace, either by sunbathing during the day or gazing beneath the starry skies of Thessaloniki.

Dining

The hotel is half board which means your breakfast and dinner is already included in the costs. 

Meals are prepared for guests with allergies such as gluten free, lactose and for guests whom are vegetarian.

Breakfast is served between 8am and 10.30 am. Dinner is served between 6pm and 9pm.

Additional information

Guests who require dialysis can be treated in Katerini.

Therapy such as: massages, lymphatic drainages foot-reflexology treatment, ergo therapy, manual therapy and water therapy can also be provided. Please inform the agent at the time of booking if anything additional needs to be arranged.
