The villa has also been adapted for wheelchair users and features a pool lift, access ramps, shower chair, grab rails in the shower, and a self propelled commode. Other equipment can be hired from a local company, which can supply additional items such as oxygen, standing frames, profiling beds and hoists.

This beautiful holiday home is situated in the perfect location, close enough to the major theme parks yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful stress-free break.

The villa is situated in a fantastic location within the Orlando area and is approximately a 15-minute drive away from Walt Disney World.

Outside, guests will find the designated south-facing sun deck, loungers, BBQ area and the large private pool.

The villa has a contemporary design but creates the perfect homely feel. The villa is all on one floor. The first lounge is ideal for relaxing or enjoying a few drinks together. The dining room is open plan, featuring the kitchen and patio doors which open out onto the pool area.

There is a family room, which is also open plan, and here guests can enjoy a selection of movies on the 55" flat screen TV. Again the French style doors open out onto the pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with: large fridge freezer, dishwasher, range cooker, microwave, coffee maker and a breakfast bar. There is also a separate utility area which holds a washer and tumble dryer. The kitchen also has access to the covered lanai pool area which is ideal for alfresco dining.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with luxurious linens and is perfect for a great night’s sleep. There is a 40" television, a large walk-in wardrobe and a paddle ceiling fan. The en-suite has a walk-in shower, dressing unit, toilet and basin.

The next bedroom is another master bedroom and compromises a queen size bed, 32" television, DVD player and a paddle ceiling fan. The en-suite wet room has a shower, wash basin, dressing unit and toilet.

There are an additional two twin bedrooms which both have a 32" television, DVD player and share the family bathroom. These bedrooms can have Disney-themed bedding for younger guests or other bedding for older guests.

The family bathroom is made up of a bath with shower over, a wash basin, vanity unit and toilet.

In addition to this there is also a games room which has everything from a pool table, air hockey, foosball, video games console, games and toys for the whole family to enjoy.
