Bedroom 2 also has 2 single (3ft) beds, a Freeview TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower over, and a toilet. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 features a kingsize (5ft) bed, Freeview TV, and an ensuite with a cubicle shower and toilet. Bedroom 4 has a kingsize (5ft) bed, Freeview TV, and an ensuite with a cubicle shower and toilet. The property includes electric heaters, electricity, bed linen, and towels. Wi-Fi is provided via a dongle, and initial logs for the woodburner are supplied. A welcome pack is included, along with a travel cot and highchair. Outside, there is a small garden with a decked terrace and furniture, a barbecue, and a shared enclosed grassed area for ball games. Rye hosts a variety of events including the Scallop Festival in February, the Maritime Festival and Raft Race in August, an arts festival in September, and the Rye Fawkes Bonfire in November. Nearby attractions include Camber, Bodiam, and Scotney castles, Battle Abbey, and the beautiful gardens of Sissinghurst, Pashley, Great Dixter, and Bedgebury Pinetum. For outdoor activities, you can enjoy fishing, golf, swimming, sailing, horse riding, cycle hire, and rowing boat hire, or explore the nature reserve at Rye Harbour.
