Description
This fantastic wheelchair accessible villa is newly built and located in the Dubrovnik suburb of Mokosica. With fantastic sea views and a terrace this villa is perfect for exploring Croatia.
The villa is spread over two floors and comprises of four double bedrooms, a living room and bar, a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, three bathrooms. The villa has been designed with a lift which allows guests with disabilities to manoeuvre between floors as well as step free access throughout.
Both floors benefit from a balcony with picturesque views over Mokosica Bay.
The villa features it’s own private pool which features a detachable pool hoist. The large, terraced area has sun loungers and is perfect for taking in the scorching Croatian sun and there is a covered dining area to relax in the shade.
Outside there is a BBQ for guests to use, a poolside shower room and a summer kitchen to enjoy those summer evenings a little longer.
The area of Mokosica is a quite suburb just outside of Dubrovnik city. Making this the perfect location to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Mokosica whilst being close to the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik centre.
The villa is also located close to a mini-market, bar/café as well as some small shops and bakeries.
On the villas doorstep is the Mooksica Riviera which is a beautiful walkway that runs down the entire east side of Mokosica Bay. Here you can find a café bar on the jetty as well as a restaurant. There is also a football and basketball pitch to keep the children entertained.
