Countryside Retreat in Ceredigion

This retreat is the ideal location for a family holiday, a getaway with friends, special occasions and reunions. The accommodation has been designed to bring you closer to the natural beauty of the Cambrian Mountains, allowing you to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Situated within 13 acres of grounds and woodland guests can roam free exploring the picturesque countryside right on your doorstep. The accommodation is just 10 miles from the seaside town of Aberystwyth. Guests will find the village pub/ restaurant and café within a short walking distance.

The retreat is a modern and stylish barn complex made up of three large self catering luxury suites with 1 to 4 bedrooms. The retreat can be hired out as a whole or guests can book the individual suites.

Accessibility

The retreat has been built on level ground accessible for wheelchair users. Inside the retreat the houses are large and spacious with easy access. There are ramps to accommodate where there are minor differences between the floor levels. All of the houses feature at least one wet-room within the accommodation. The retreat can also provide shower chairs and offer hoist facilities. There is access to a rehabilitation swim spa/ hot tub and an external disabled toilet facilities. Guests can also find wheelchair friendly picnic benches.

About the accommodation

Barcud – Sleeps 5

This first floor suite can be accessed via an external balcony which also provides beautiful views of the rolling countryside and it's wildlife. There are two bedrooms in the suite, one features a super king size bed with it's own access to the private patio. The second bedroom consists of a single bed and a bunk bed.

The two bedrooms also have shared access to the wet room. This is the perfect accommodation for a family who want to escape to the countryside.

Cambrian – Sleeps 16

Perfect for a larger family or if you are planning a friends/family reunion. The accommodation is spacious with plenty of room for children to play. Inside the property there are two downstairs bedrooms which both feature en-suite wetrooms. One of the downstairs bedrooms features a king size bed and a single bunk bed above it. Whereas the second bedroom also features a king size bed with a single bunk bed above it and also there is a single bed in the room.

The two bedrooms upstairs are larger than the downstairs bedrooms and they also feature en-suite bathrooms, the first bedroom upstairs consists of two single beds, a king-size bed and single bed above it. The second bedroom features two single beds and a king-size bed.

In addition to this there is also another shower room upstairs.

Plynlimon - Sleeps 17

Downstairs you will find a family suite which consists of a super king-size bed, two single beds and it's own en-suite wet room. Upstairs there are an additional two bedrooms which are also family suites. The first also features a super king-size bed, two single beds and it's own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom consists of two super king-size bed, a single bunk and an en-suite bathroom.

This accommodation also features the honeymoon suite which boasts a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and a dressing room.

Security deposit - A £450 security depsoit is required. This is done by putting a charge on your card however no money is taken, unless required after your stay due to damages or additional cleaning required.
