Dating back to 1897, this sweet Cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a cosy holiday retreat. An ideal base to explore the delights of Hertfordshire, Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. Set in a quiet location adjoining the owner’s home, the nearby village of Takeley has a couple of gastro pub/restaurants and a village PO. Just a few minutes’ drive from the M11 and Stansted Airport which has convenient rail links to London (45 minutes), and Cambridge. There are many delightful places nearby to visit including Hatfield Forest (a NT country park). Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
