One of three barns set deep in the Warwickshire countryside, finished with a contemporary style, wheelchair friendly with level access, wide doorways, tasteful adaptations simply perfect for families.

The barns have been cleverly configured with great accessibility for wheelchair users. The barn offers wide doors, with a spacious single level ground floor that is perfect families getting together. A cosy lounge area with corner sofa with large wall mounted smart TV, a dining area with generously sized table and chairs. A contemporary style functional kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is also a ground floor WC. For wheelchair users a vertical lift providing access to a first-floor bedroom, this room offers a profiling bed with hoist and ceiling track, along with a further single bed, there is an en-suite wet room with shower, shower chair and WC. A separate staircase offers access onto a spacious landing with a choice of two bedrooms. A double room with garden views and a twin room. There is a family shower room with double walk-in shower and WC.

To enjoy the gardens guests can open the sliding patio doors and step out onto the single level patio, there is a table and chairs for summer dining and a wood fired hot tub that has a wooden pergola with hoist. There is off road parking for two cars.

Set deep within the countryside and just 3 miles from the vibrant market town of Alcester a quintessential English market town, with a lively community feel set in the attractive, rolling 'Shakespeare's Countryside'. There is plenty for families to explore, for walkers enjoy the countryside along the Arden Way, or a gentle stroll be the River Avon along with river cruises available from Stratford upon Avon. For culture take in Ragley Hall, Coughton Court or Mary Arden’s House. And for a family day out; visit Cadbury World (pre-book), Warwick Castle, Alcester Heritage Centre, All Things Wild or Hatton Country World. There is also a vibrant events calendar with many festivals and county shows throughout the year. Security deposit - A £125 security deposit is required. This will be returned to you after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional cleaning required.
