Facilities

This charming property is all on the ground floor and features open-plan living space, including a living area with a Smart TV, Blu-ray player, and wood burner. The dining area and well-equipped kitchen include an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is an additional living room, accessed by two steps, with a Smart TV, table football, and two pull-out single beds, along with patio doors leading to the patio.

The accommodation includes three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a kingsize bed and an en-suite wet room with a shower, toilet, grab rail, and shower seat; Bedroom 2 with a kingsize bed; and Bedroom 3 with bunk beds (double on the bottom, single on top). The bathroom offers a bath, cubicle shower, and toilet.

Oil underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are all included, along with initial logs for the wood burner. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and a welcome pack with doggy extras is provided. The large enclosed garden features a patio, garden furniture, and a gas barbecue. Private parking for up to four cars is available, and the property offers wheelchair access. Please note, this is a no-smoking property.
