Oil central heating is included, along with electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi. The property also provides initial logs for the woodburner, a travel cot and highchair, and a welcome pack. Guests can enjoy access to a shared laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a lawned garden with a patio and garden furniture. The landscaped grounds offer a shared sitting-out area and garden furniture, and there is private parking for two cars, along with a bike store. Wheelchair access is available, and smoking is not permitted. Please note that there is a lake, pond, and drops in the grounds, and the property has a natural water supply from a spring. Just 3½ miles from Market Rasen, home to the world-renowned racecourse, as well as a wide variety of restaurants, pubs, shops, and a market, guests will find plenty to enjoy. The nearby town of Horncastle is famous for its antique shops, and the charming Georgian town of Louth, with its two busy market days each week, is also just a short drive away. A day trip to the sandy beaches at Mablethorpe or Skegness is always worthwhile, as is a visit to Lincoln Cathedral and the Bailgate area, which was featured in the filming of the 'Da Vinci Code'. Shops, a pub, and a restaurant are located 4 miles away.
