Sleeps 6 to 13 in one or two apartments

Located in the heart of Rome, these two accessible apartments are just a five-minute walk from the magnificent surroundings of the Coliseum.

The apartments can be booked as one, accommodating up to 13 guests, or separately (from November to February). Each apartment has its own entrance. They are joined by an interlinking door, which can be opened if required when booking both apartments as one.

Both apartments are on the ground floor, making them convenient and wheelchair-accessible. The building is close to local metro stations, and there is a bus stop right outside. The apartments include a total of five bedrooms, two of which are accessible to the disabled, and one single bedroom (or four double bedrooms and one triple, according to your needs).

All bedrooms come equipped with an LCD TV, LED lighting system, timed air extractors, air conditioning, high-efficiency heating systems with radiators, clean linen sheets and top-quality comfortable and hypoallergenic mattresses for a good night’s sleep. Beds also come fitted with hypoallergenic duvets of excellent Italian quality.

Living rooms are equipped with an LCD TV, modern Italian furniture, and a well-stocked international library. You’ll also find timed air extractors, air-conditioning, and 24/7 WiFi. There are two modern sofa-beds and an available baby cot. All bedrooms and living rooms possess professional air conditioning systems and timed air extractors, making them comfortable for all.

The apartments feature a modern kitchen, with high-quality cookware, fridge-freezers, microwaves, an ovens, dishwasher, washing machine and dining tables.

There are four bathrooms, each with its own toilet and shower. They include one large bathroom that is 100% wheelchair-accessible and equipped with a large, flat shower, shower chair and grab rails.

A doorman is stationed at the entrance of the building, day and night, and can provide assistance to guests if needed
