The hotel has two accessible rooms, one of the rooms has a roll in shower with a shower seat and grab rails whereas the second room features an accessible bath. 

The main forecourt entrance into the hotel is flat and the entrance on festival square has ramp access. All three lifts within the hotel are wheelchair accessible.

The hotel offers accessible rooms in the form of our Queen Rooms. Our hotel has three Queen Accessible rooms, each equipped with a Queen bed.

Each Queen Accessible room features a walk-in shower with a seat, an emergency cord, lowered beds, lowered safes, and accessible tablets for direct contact with their Reception team.
