It’s 4 miles from Aberystwyth, a picturesque coastal town with a wide range of amenities including a golf course, a prom with amusements and donkey rides in high season. Enjoy a day out at Fantasy Farm at Llanrhystud (8.5 miles), go mountain biking and watch the red kites being fed at Nant yr Arain (15 miles), and venture deep underground on a tour of The Silver and Lead Mines at Llywernog (14.5 miles), fish at Nant-y-Moch & Dinas reservoirs (15 miles) or participate in equestrian activities at Rheidol Riding Centre (9 miles). The terrain around the cottage is ideal for cycling or walking – the 21-mile Ystwyth Trail begins 0.5 miles from the front door, the Ceredigion Coast Path is 4 miles away, or you can ‘Follow the Mynach’ beginning at the river’s source (14.5 miles) to Devil’s Bridge, where it creates beautiful waterfalls.

All accommodation is on the ground floor. Furniture in the multi-aspect lounge is arranged around an electric fire, while the kitchen/diner also has a TV and a sofa for lounging, as well as a food preparation area and dining table. There are two wonderful bedrooms to choose from, a double and a bunk bedroom, as well as a family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower cubicle.

Directly outside is a private patio area for family BBQs, enclosed with a fence and gate. Young children will love the lawned play area with swings, a slide and views of the rolling hills just beyond the property (this is shared with the neighbouring holiday cottages).
