Renovated in 2004 the hotel consists of a 8 floor main building with a total of 338 rooms, of which 155 are standard rooms, 113 luxury rooms, 51 family rooms and 3 rooms have wheelchair access. The fully air-conditioned building offers a 24-hour reception in the lobby with a safe, a currency exchange desk, a lift and a café. Guests are also offered a bar, shops, a hairdresser's salon, a nightclub, an auditorium, a casino, a games room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant. A conference room and a public Internet terminal (WLAN) feature within the hotel, ideal for business guests. Those arriving by car may make use of the car park or garage. For younger guests there is a playground and children's club available. Room and laundry services as well as medical assistance complete the services on offer at this hotel.

This luxurious hotel has a quiet location, directly next to a lake. The Pilanesberg National Park as well as the picturesque Valley of Waves beach are located in the surrounding area. There is a connection to the public transport network directly in front of the complex. Pilanesburg is only 10 km away and Johannesburg is 200 km from the hotel.

In the outdoor complex, with a beautiful garden, guests will find a heated pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols as well as a snack bar. Guests looking for indoor activities may enjoy the steam room and the massage service available. The hotel offers sports' enthusiasts a range of sporting activities (some of which require an additional fee), including water skiing, jet skiing, motor boating, wind-surfing, tennis, pedalos, catamaran boating, canoeing, squash, archery, beach volleyball, minigolf, golf, horse riding, and a gym.
